Reference #:9653 is all it says on the "Submit Complete!" popup - I have no idea what happened.

Do you've any proxy settings? The above reference is to indicate that the issue has been forwarded to TI support team.

I have no proxy, I had Defender turned off, there is no filter on the router.

I uninstalled and did an install from scratch. I'm done with the problem, you might want to fix this of other customers though.

It seems CCS is not able to connect to Internet. Try turning off the firewall too.

If still you're unable to download the updates please check the update sites:

My fix consisted of uninstalling CCS and reinstalling it; I did not change any firewall, proxy or other internet settings.

If something failed, it was CCS.
