What tool does CCS use to generate make files

Hi All,

I would like to explore possibility to generate makefiles without using the eclipse. I am using Linux, is there a way to run TI makefile generation utility outside of eclipse?

When I run

eclipse -noSplash -data /work/fw/ -application com.ti.ccstudio.apps.projectBuild -ccs.projects c1202-f5335

I get:
