Bad rep

What can you do about a bad rep, who hassles you online, then "locks" the thread when you complain?

  • Nolan,

Your feedback and anything we can do to improve is always welcome. Sometimes our teams might ask for more details so we can help you out as best we can. Our goal here is to help you out. You can always ping me as well if you're needing additional help and I'll see what I can do to further assist you.

Seeing your question on the C2000 Forum this afternoon, we immediately started researching/looking into based on that with the team there and I see that Matthew was able to follow up there since then.

  • Hi Nolan,

Just went through the thread "1553" in CCS forum with desouza and then "Picolo" in C2000 forum with the other experts. Actually this protocol is something out-of-the-box we all are hearing. Yes, as you correctly mentioned in one of your replies a direct dev kit is not available. You'll have to work on the same using the existing peripherals. Also, I hope you read Matthew's reply:

    Goodluck & Regards,

  • Thanks Gautam. I appreciate the thought and time to answer my question. Before I bought another board for the 1553 I wanted to check if TI had one first. That's why my question was kind of general.

    Regards,
