We've just introduced basic debugging on the TI Cloud Tools! It's currently in beta, so if you are interested, please give it a try and give us your feedback. Note the TI Cloud Tools is currently targeting new developers (beginners) on LaunchPads so it's feature set is a subset of the Desktop tools.
