CCSv6 Installation problem

When installing CCSv6.1.0.00104 on Windows 7 with the offline installer, clicking next after choosing the installation folder(left as default) does nothing. No folder is created, and the installer never progresses. I've disabled antivirus, but that had no effect.

    Hi Steve,

    Could you please try the following:

    Open a cmd prompt as administrator.

    Run the installer with the following command:

    <installer_exe_name> --override-apps-url ""

    Please note, there are two dashes before the override parameter and double quotes at the end.

    There's a bug in the installer where, in some cases, it freezes when it's unable to access the server for app center information. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce it here, to fix it. 

    Please let me know if you're able to install successfully, as well as if you have any more issues.
