I installed ccs v6. But there is no option available for xds 510 in target configuration.
I used ccs v4 before and there is no problem.
Is it that ccs v6 does not support xds 510 any more?
What is the highest version that can support xds 510 then? And does it contains TI-RTOS feature?

Ensure that you select Blackhawk or Spectrum Digital Debug Probes when installing CCS (by default they are not selected). This will add the required emulator support for XDS510 probes from those vendors. If you did not select this the first time you installed, you can re-run the installer, point it to your current install directory, select these options and let the installer complete.
