which target MCU's can be compiled by TMDSCCS-ALLF01

1.) I want to buy CCS. My target MCU's will be basically MSP430. Is TMDSCCS-ALLF01 for MSP430? Or is it for TI's TM series MCU's? I do know CCS is the IDE but I want TI's Proprietary compiler with the IDE for MSP430's and MSP432's. so which is the right product for me if I want single user floating license for MSP430 series and MSP432 series?

2.) Also when you say floating License, does that mean a single user can login in any pc having the software and start working with CCS. or am I totally confused here?

That license is a single user floating license that supports ALL devices supported by CCS. So yes, that license can be used with MSP430 and MSP432 (in addition to many others).

Just one more clarification. Since I am the lone developer and I intend to use my old laptop , I guess node locked License would be right for me. What I am worried about is suppose for some reason my old laptop crashes (hardware crash) for some reason, is there any way I can reinstall my license in another machine ?

With a node locked license you are able to re-host the license to a different PC, using the TI website. I have done this successfully once after upgrading to a new PC.

According to the FAQ http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/FAQ_-_CCSv4#Q:_I_changed_computers_how_do_I_update_.28re-host.29_my_license.3F you can only re-host a license a limited number of times using www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware before you need to contact TI.
