seeing variables and graphs while running the build in ccsv5.5

hi sir

 while doing coding using 28335 dsp processor in cc studio v5.5 platform, can we observe the variables using watch window?

 can you pls suggest the methods used for doing the same. we saw some line graphs options..can u please make it clear?
