CCS 6.1.1.00022 cannot connect to app centre

Hi,

I am trying to develop for the C3200MOD wifi luanch pad and I cannot connect to the app centre i get the error as described in

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCSv6

Section: APP centre not connecting.

I tried everthing mentioned where in but nothing works. I am on WIndows 7.

Please help.

Hi Pavan,

Any proxy issues? Can you update CCS through "Check for Updates"?

Dear Gautam,
No Proxies. Updates work ok.
The fun bit it works ok on my other PC with windows 10. Same antivirus. Can I change the port number it tries to talk through somehow?

Hi Pavan,

I experienced a similar issue before. But was not able to install any software from CCS App Center. What I did was, I deleted my CCS installation folder and installed CCS from offline installers.

HI,
The problem is now solved. It was the McAfee Antivirus which was thinking this an a host intrusion. I would recommend that it should be possible to open the app centre through an external browser.
