I am having difficulty in updating CCS.
I get the error message "unable to download shared_device_support_1.0.9.zip" - had the same issue with 1.0.8 but the help in the forum had a link for manual download and update to 1.0.8. I can retry the updates but these keep on failing at the same point. I even tried deleting "browsing history" in the hope that it may be a cached file that is corrupt.
