im using CCS v6.1.1 for RTOS project creation on C2000. While creating a new RTOS project, the XDS emulator is missing from the connection. Please help me to solve this issue.

Which specific XDS emulator are you using? If it is a Spectrum Digital or Blackhawk emulator and it is missing from the list, it is likely that you did not install support for it during your initial CCS installation. Please see this wiki section for how you can add debug probe support to an existing CCS installation.

Do you see the XDS100 configurations highlighted in the screenshot below?
You should see similarly listed connections directly from the Project wizard (if you are creating a new project).
If you don't see these, there is a possibility the CCS install got somehow corrupt. You can either try to install the "TI Emulators component" only or reinstall the CCS entirely. For details on installing/updating a single component, check section 3 of the page below:
