CCS V6.1.3 Installation - missing message box

After we have started the offline installer it takes about 10-15 minutes until we get the check box to confirm the license agreement.

Because we get only messages at the start because of the antivirus program and then such long time no message on the screen it is confusing.

The installation files are located on local hard disk (files from CCS6.1.3.00034_win32.zip, 743.551.475 Bytes).

We are using Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit SP1 and Trend Micro Officescan, which cannot be turned off by the user.

We didn't notice this installation issue with versions <= V5.3.

Trend Micro has been known to cause some issues with the CCS installer but not the type of delay that you mention. Have you tried the installation on any other machines? I'm curious if this happens on more than one machine.

Can you try adding the CCS installer to the Approved Programs list in Trend Micro OfficeScan and see if that helps? (I found this article on how to do this).

I cannot find the OfficeScan management console. I have added the installation directory to Real-Time Scan Exclusions (Settings in Officescan Agent Console v11.0) but got no improvement (with CCS V6.2.0).
