CCS/CCSTUDIO: CCS7 install error

Hi! When I'm installing CCSv7, it always stop at this point and a popup window will shows up like this.

I've tried CCSv7's web installers and off-line installers, both of them can't be install on my PC and Laptop

and I have no Anti-virus things on my computer

can anyone give me a help?

Hi,
It looks like your user name has non-ascii characters in it. Unfortunately, eclipse is unable to handle this. Please create a temporary user on your machine, with admin privileges. Install CCS as that user for all users. You should be able to install then.

Please zip up the contents of the install dir's ccsv7/install_logs* folders and post them here.

I opened my Administrator account on my windows10 PC, and install CCS7 on it. Now it works no problems at all.
