CCS: version 7

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello, I have CCS v5.4.0 installed as well as ccs v7. Both versions connect to the 'TI resource Explorer'. v7 however doesn't connect to tthe 'Resource Explorer'. The settings are equal for both.

I guess I need to know which ip address and port number to look for? I found:

If after the above steps Resource Explorer is still unable to connect, provide the proxy settings for your network manually:

  • Open 'Network Connections' preferences as above
  • Under 'Active Provider', select 'Manual'
  • Enter the proxy URLs and ports for both HTTP and HTTPS
  • Click OK
  • Close and restart CCS

So, which proxy URLs and ports for http and https must I look for?

    In CCSv7, the default Resource Explorer view has changed in that clicking on the menu View->Resource Explorer will take you to the online (Cloud) version of Resource Explorer. The online Resource Explorer will show you not only the resources that you have installed on your local computer but also those that are located online and available for download.

    You still have the option to access and view Resource Explorer the way it was in CCS 5.4, you can do this from menu View->Resource Explorer Classic.
