CCS: CCS Installation issue.

i am trying to Install the CCS but my Installation is getting stuck as Initialization component from last 24hrs .

please let me know what is the issue?

Rahul,

What version of CCS is this? Are you using the web installer or the full offline installer. If you have been using the web installer I suspect that some security software is blocking it and you may wish to try the offline installer. The web installer downloads the necessary packages based on your selections while the offline installer is a big zip that already contains everything.

Could you zip up the installation logs and attach them. Hopefully that will give us more information on what is going on.

Rahul,

Do you have admin privileges on your machine? Can you run the installer as admin? Please make sure you delete contents of C:\ti\ccsv6 first. Also, check for any popups behind the main window.

Just an FYI, we have released CCS version 7.1, which gives more information if there's an issue. You may want to download and install that instead.

It seems to be stuck while installing the certificates for drivers. Could you try the install again, starting it as admin, and check for any popups that might be hiding behind other windows when it gets stuck, please?
If not, we'll have to figure out a way to debug the issue on your machine.

Rahul,

Did you receive a friend request from Danish? If you go to the top right of E2E it will show you notifications. The system should also send you a notification when there is a friend request.
