CCS/DRA746: CCS7 + BH-560BP setup failed in targetconnection.

Hi ,

Unable to connect target . TargetConnection is failing with CCS7 + BH-USB-560BP.

Not found Code Composer Studio Licensing information and point CCS to license file.
