I tried to download GUI CCS add-on from App Center. After accepting terms of license agreement I see the message “Installing Add_on Operation in progress” and after a short time another message “Failed to install the selected adds-on. Please see the Error Log for more details” What is the name of that file and where its location? Is there any other way to install it?

Hi Vadim,
It is likely referring to the Eclipse error log. You can access it from the support utility:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv7

What version of CCS are you using?

Thanks ki,
My version is Version: 6.2.0.00050 . I was able to load it on another machine. It migh be related to our IT

Yes, it could be an issue with security settings on one of the machines. Also check antivirus and other security software that can block installation
