CCS/AM3352: Cloud Pinmux tool service failing

Hi Support,

my customer is using Cloud version of Pinmux tool for Sitara product. They were use to save their setting on the cloud but now apparently these setting have been removed. Is "Cloud saving" feature changed recently? Can they restore previous data from sort of possible "backup"?

Alberto,

I just loaded up PinMux and I have configurations there from 2015 that are still ok so I don't think anything generic is going on. I will have a PinMux expert reach out to you as we will likely need to look at the specific account to see what is going on.

We have the customers data recovered. The team is working on merging it into the customers workspace.
