RTOS: AM437X PRU EtherCAT Slave

Hi,

Now,I would like to use this example to test receiving my data and translating my data , how should i do?

version :PRU-ICSS EtherCAT slave package, CCS7.2,Twincat3.1,the demo is ethercat_slave_full_AM437x_arm.

I use EtherCAT slave version from PRU-ICSS EtherCAT slave package.I already had test it sucessful.
1) I use the generate app and the MLO from PSDK. It can control LED.
2)On the other hand,I load the demo.out in CortexA9,It also can control LED.
What is far more important is that I want to make my own data and return my custom data!

The step is...?

I already had created ethercat_slave_full_AM437x_arm demo.

I use the station, then I can not understand that if I want to use EtherCAT mainframe to send data to the station (AM437x ) And return the data, then how should i do it?

How can i config it???for example,send 123 from Twincat and return 456 from AM437x.

Hi

The TI example TI EtherCAT slave simple demo application along with configuration xml file that defines a slave with a 16 bit register to that controls an LED display.
The EtherCAT Master and Slave configuration and communication is described in the ETG and Beckhoff documentation. The Sitara FAQ has links to the Beckhoff and ETG sites . processors.wiki.ti.com/.../FAQ_Sitara_Industrial .
