Itzhak,

It looks like you are using the CCS web installer and there are some issues with the web installer accessing the server. Can you try the offline installer instead?

Note that if you plan to reinstall to the same directory, make sure the previous installation is deleted completely (with no left-over files) before installing to the same location.

Offline installer worked fine, after keen cleaning of older installed CCSv7
