Can we use CCS 5.5 version for TMS570LC4257 compile?

Because, We need dynamic analysis on software which we known even at CCS V7.1

However, We can't change environment IDE-SW

Do you have solution compile for TMS570LC4257 on CCS 5.5 version?

    Gerald,

    TMS570LC4357 is a Cortex R5 based device. Looking at my CCSv5.5 installation I don't see this device listed or the base support for R5. The compiler bundled with CCSv5.5 supports up to Cortex R4. I suppose you could install a newer compiler into CCSv5.5 that supports R5 but that would be changing the environment.

    What did you mean by "We need dynamic analysis on software which we known even at CCS V7.1"? Are you saying that there is a feature in CCSv5.5 that you need which is not present in CCSv7.1? We have Statis Code Analysis turned off by default in 7.1. Is that what is meant? If so it can be turned on.
