Hello

I#m using CCSv7.3, now I’d like to install some add-ins, that I haven’t been able to yet.

The follow thinks happen with that version:

when I Open the App-Centre the CrashReportJob runs for ever
I can’t see any logo of the add ins
There is a kind of circle running for C2000 Compiler an so on (see picture CCS.jpg)
When I select the CVS add in and press Install Software the Operation starts but it freezes, I only can kill CCS than by the task manager (see picture CCS1.jpg)

I modified the Network connections (see picture CCS2.jpg) what is the proxy port that has to be used?

When I have a look at the available Software sites, this comes up (see picture CCS3.jpg)

When I try to open the http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/CCSv7/Updates directly by using a browser, the browser can’t find the page, all the other can be found – is that ok?

When I press Reload the operation starts as well, but it fails (see picture CCS4.jpg)

Hello Thomas,
It looks like some issue accessing the content on our servers. Are you able to view on-line content in Resource Explorer?

Hello Ki,
what do you mean by on-line content in Resource Explorer, I tried to access the software-dl.ti.com/.../Updates but I only get an error 404.

When I try to open the software-dl.ti.com/.../Updates directly by using a browser, the browser can’t find the page, all the other can be found – is that ok?
What Proxy is used, is it the 8080 port?

Hi ki,

Tat's also not possible, when I try to connect to the cloud, it takes a Moment and than the crossed cloud Symbol aprears again.

the Trouble Shooting button tells, I should contact our IT Service desk.

Yes that happens to me too. You should not be able to open that link in a browser

Sorry for quietness,

I still can not access the cloud, but I can live with it, installing Eclipse plugins is now possible, which was the main problem. Thank you verry much.
