Hi,

Since three weeks ago I have  trying install CCS v. 7,  ControlSuit an put in operation the Experimenter kit TMDSDOCK28035. I have a HP envy m4 computer with windows 10. I had issue with the instalation of CCS, with the aid of e2e I did can solve this issue. I had issue with the installation of ControlSuit this issue I can´t solve yet, with the installation of ControlSuit and when I execute the programm only appear a white page. Furthermore I have issue with the execution a example (flashing led) simple. Doesn´t function the building and debug tools. When I tried excute the build i obtain an error message in reference XDAIS. I did realize an advice of e2e but not function. Someone knows how contact with TI support staff. I think that the procedure that I mention must be quickly realized, but I inverted three weeks and the tools failure and failure and failure.

    Were you able to resolve the issues with installation of ControlSuite. If not, could you please provide more details about the exact issue you are facing.

    Please provide more details on what error appears when you build the FlashingLeds example. If you can attach a screenshot of the error that would be very  helpful.

    Sebastian,

    I apologize for the delayed reply, I was out of the office all of last week.

    Previously you mentioned that you were getting an error when building the FlashingLeds example. The screenshot you attached shows a project named prueba. 
    Do you see the same error generated no matter which project you build? If yes, then it might be something in your environment/gmake that is causing an issue.

    Could you copy/paste the contents of the build console to a text file (as described here) and attach the file here?

    Also could you try importing a few different projects from ControlSuite (from this directory: C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2803x\v130\DSP2803x_examples_ccsv5), then build them and let us know if any of them build successfully?

    I solved the issue of installing CCS, when made the formating of my pc and installed Windows 10. Only in this way I did solve. I need to say that the option XDAIS from Project>properties, must be disable, to build and the debugger conveniently.

    Yes that is a known requirement when working with certain ControlSuite examples. The examples from C2000Ware should not require that step.
