CCS/CCSTUDIO: getting error while installing CCS

Facing problems while installing ccs,although i have checked all checklist parameters before installing.

    If you could attach the logs that the error message refers to we could take a look at them (C:/ti/ccsv8/install_logs/20180421115722).

    Based on what I can see on the screen I would suggest trying the offline installer instead of the web installer. The web installer downloads files during the installation. Thus if there are connection issues or problems with your security/av software that can cause a failure like this. With the offline installer all of the files are downloaded ahead of time.
