I cannot install the CCSv8 (and the TI Cloud Agent) on Windows 10. I have tried both the online and offline installers. Both give me the same error message "Installer Initialization Failed. The Installer will now Exit." That's it....

I have admin rights.

Hi Jack,
If there are any install logs, can you attach them to this thread?

They would be in the following directories:
<CCS_INSTALL_DIR>/ccsv8/install_logs
<CCS_INSTALL_DIR>/ccsv8/install_logs_<several_numbers>

I have not been able to select an install directory. It fails as soon as I click the installer.
