Hi,

I can't install CCS, appear this error: "error deleting some temp files ... permission denied"

Can you helpe me? thanks

Hello Peter,

which CCS version?
Please provide an installation log.
Always run installer with an admin privilege.
Do not use username with any blank characters within that name.

We seem to have a few users hitting this issue and we are investigating (one related thread is here).
Could you please zip up the /install_logs folder and attach it here?

If you had previously tried the web installer, could you give the offline installer a try, with network access turned off during the install? Let us know if that helps.

i have same problem i try to install ccs8.2 and i tried the offline install but i didnt work. what can i do

Temporary turnoff networking interfaces and run an offline installer with an admin privileges.
Let us know.

Ahmet,

We have had some reports of this install issue on CCS 8.2 and are looking into it. In the meantime, please install and use CCS 8.0 or 8.1.
