Part Number: TDA3XEVM
I am trying to build the application for TDA3x evm (building it for the first time) using "PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_03_00_00_setuplinux" , after made changes in ../vision_sdk/build/Rules.make to set MAKEAPPNAME=apps and MAKECONFIG=tda3xx_evm_bios_all.(using ubuntu 14.04, os-type=64 bit)
In terminal ../vision_sdk/build$ make -s -j depend (compiled successfully)
and doing "make -s -j" i am experiencing an error with is mentioned below:
INTERNAL ERROR: (native_path)/PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_03_00_00/PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_03_00_00_setuplinux/ti_components/cg_tools/linux/arp32_1.0.7/bin/acpia-arp32 experienced a segmentation fault while processingThis is a serious problem. Please contact CustomerSupport with this message and a copy of the input fileand help us to continue to make the tools more robust.>> Compilation failure=========================================================================

I am using another PC with "Linux FSETBLR1LX046 4.4.0-57-generic #78~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Sat Dec 10 00:14:47 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux" configuration, in that i made build many time without any error.
But my PC is with "Linux FSETBLR1D036 4.2.0-42-generic #49~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 29 20:22:11 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux", gives the error every time.
Does kernel versions 4.4 and 4.2 makes any sense? can i do upgrade my kernel to Linux 4.4.0-57 and try build again?
I want to find the reasons for this error, because i have another project using TDA2Echo board, In that also while building "make -s" i am getting the same error. so please look into this issue very seriously.

Is there any update..?
I suspect you are experiencing compiler bug CODEGEN-2098. In some circumstances, multiple compilations in parallel may use the same temporary file name, with unpredictable results. See the Target Release part of the bug entry for the list of compiler versions which implement the fix. Be sure all the compilers you use are of one of those versions, or later.
