C2800 Compiler Tools changes

I updated as prompted by automatic updates this morning to "C2800 Compiler Tools v6.4.6", but the update description said

The following 0 defects were fixed

So... what was the update? Is there release notes or a change log for the it?

Furthermore when looking the information myself I could not actually find anything titled "C2800 Compiler Tools" on the TI site. I did find "C28x Compiler" and "C2000 Code Generation Tools"; are either of these the same thing as "C2800 Compiler Tools"?

The prior release 6.4.5 had enough problems that the download was removed. Please see this thread. I agree that the 0 defects message is confusing. I'll contact the development team about that.

Those are different names for the same compiler toolset.

Sorry for the confusion. The defect history information for 6.4.6 will be corrected in the 6.4.7 release
