Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler
I noticed that advisory information about the C6000 version 8 compiler has been removed from the release info. There was information recommending that existing single-core designs remain attached to the version 7.4.X compiler branch. That information is now removed. Is Texas Instruments now recommending that single core designs can use the version 8.X compiler branch effectively? No reason to use 7.4.X any more?
