Need simulation model for LM5113.

Behavioral model preferred, transistor-level model would be OK.

Model should be Hspice, Pspice, or LTspice-compatible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Jen

    Hi Jennifer,

At this time we are not able to support model requests through the forum unless they are for translation of existing PSPICE model to TINA-TI. If you need a model for a part that does not already have a model, please contact your local Field Applications Engineer and they will be able to help you out.

    Thanks,

    Nikhil

    Hi Nikhil.

Is it possible to get a TINA-TI model for the LM5113?  Currently only the model for PSPICE is available.

    Best regards,
    Øystein Johnsen.

Thank you for your quick reply!

Do you have an estimation on how long a process like that normally takes?  Days, weeks or months?

    BR,
    Øystein Johnsen.
