I am trying to prototype a DC DC converter using a TPS40210 in a DGQ power pad package. I would like to use Eagle as the schematic capture and routing tool. Is there a schematic symbol and/or footprint available. I have seen several posts that indicate that links may be available for some parts but I can not find any data for this part?

First download the .bxl file from ti site. You will find it at bottom of the page where complete description of particular device then I recommend you to use Ultra Librarian reader to convert .bxl into eagle script file.

Then in eagle create new library & extract the script. Now you will be able to save it as library file(.lbr).

For now i am uploading the library file used by cadsoft eagle for you.I have renamed it as.pdf after downloading just rename it to .lbr & paste in eagle library folder.
