LM5113 sim models?

I need a simulation model for the LM5113 GaN driver. A behavioral model would be adequate, transistor-level model OK. Model should be Hspice, Pspice, or LTspice-compatible. Suggestions?

Hi Jonathan,

At this time we are not able to support model requests through the forum unless they are for translation of existing PSPICE model to TINA-TI. If you need a model for a part that does not already have a model, please contact your local Field Applications Engineer and they will be able to help you out.
