I would like to know about PCB Thermal Calculator.

How thick do you imagine about this copper foil to calculate this design?

    Hello Takao-san,

    Which device are you referring to? Can you please share your design information here?

    The copper weight (1oz, 2oz,..) and total number of layers setup in WEBENCH depends on the original EVM file. However, the user can change both the copper weight and remove copper layer(s) for simulation. I hope this provides some insights to the WEBENCH thermal simulation capability.
