When using WEBENCH Power Architect to generate a power management solution for a processor which requires sequencing, the project defines the required power up and power down sequencing, but the design it outputs doesn't appear to provide any control over the individual regulators to achieve this. Is this correct, or am I missing something?
Yes John, you have it correct. The WEBENCH Power Architect tool configures the sequencing and highlights specified or required soft start or shut down requirements. It does not provide the sequencing circuit at this point. This is in our development queue but not yet released.
