TINA/Spice/DS90LT012A: DS90LT012A Pspice model

Part Number: DS90LT012A

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a pspice model for the DS90 please ? I tried to find one but there's only the IBIS model.

If not, can i convert the Ibis model with Orcad (model editor) to have a working pspice model ? I know we can convert the ibis model to pspice but i would like to know if it's really a trusted model of the component ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

  • We don't have Pspice model for this part.

As far as converting IBIS to Pspice, it's really about what key parameter you aim to simulate with the model. IBIS model describes the characteristic of the Digital Input and Output Buffer such as Voltage vs. Current as well as Voltage vs. Time. If these characteristics are the things that you want to simulate with pspice, then yes, I definitely recommend to try the IBIS to Pspice conversion using OrCad model editor.
