Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience, but we are having some temporary problems with the TINA home page.
For now, to download the English-language version of TINA-TI, you will have to log in through ti.com via your access account.This is the same account that allows you to access our E2E forum.
You can do this two ways. The first way is to click the Download button for the English version on the TINA-TI home page (http://www.ti.com/tina-ti), and then log in.The second way is to use the URL http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/sloc241c and complete the log in.
The other four language versions of TINA-TI do not require the account log-in to download.

I'm in Brazil and did all the procedure outlined for you, however the link "http://www.ti.com/lit/sw/sloc241c/sloc241c.zip" returns "The page you are looking for might Have Been removed, HAD excellant name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. ".
How can I download the file?

I was not able to make John's solutions work. Either clicking on the "Download" button from the TINA-TI website or following his direct download link resulted in a broken link and a "Sorry, we could not find your page" error message.
I submitted a report to technical support, but anyone have another way to download the English TINA-TI package for Windows 7?
