LM5113 unencrypted model for Spectre simulation

Hello TI Support,

I would like to import the PSpice model of the LM5113 GaN Gate Driver into Spectre.
Due to the encryption of the file this is not possible.

Is it possible to provide me with an unencrypted version of the PSpice model?

I am working at the University of Reutlingen and we need this model for advanced simulation in Cadence Spectre.

Martin,

In order to provide an unencrypted PSpice model, please contact TI's Technical Support as described in this sticky post:

http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/webench_design_center/f/234/t/36943.aspx

Be sure to mention that you need the unencrypted PSpice model for the device. Please also remember that the models are tested in PSpice and will only function in simulators that support PSpice model imports.

My name is linyuelong.I am sorry to communicate with you in this way.But recently I would like to import the Pspice model of the LM5113 into ADS. But you know it is impossible because of the encryption of the file.

So I want to know the TI support provide you with an unencrypted version of PSpice model?
