Looking for TLV2244 Spice model or equivalent

I'm currently in the process of modeling a device that uses the TLV2244 operational amplifier however the 2240 series is missing from all my libraries and doesn't seem to be anywhere online. Does anyone have a model for this part or know of a close equivalent?

We do not currently have a model for the TLV224X series, however, we do have a model for the TLV240X series of devices that is very similar in parametrics.

I see that there are versions for 2.7V, 5V, and 15V. What exactly are those voltages referring to? Also, all of the files are Pspice models, do you know if these will work in LTspice?

Michael,

There are not separate IC'S available at the 3 voltages. The electrical characteristics are specified at these ranges since the device may be used from 2.5V to 16V VCC. Those 3 voltages were chosen as popular options to verify device performance.

I believe that the models are similar in nature, however, the wide VCC range required some tweaks to be needed to get the same performance out of the simplified subcircuit. I also believe that all three of the models should be importable into LTSpice. The LTSpice method for importing PSpice models is documented in the LTSpice help pages and in their forum as well.
