HI,
I've used WEBENCH to look at a circuit design for the TPS61175.. In general it looks ok, but there's no SIMULATE button.. Am I doing something wrong or can't this part be simulated ?
Many thanks

Ian,
The TPS61175 is not set up to simulate in WEBENCH® currently. We do provide PSpice and TINA-TI models for the device in the product folder. I will add the TPS61175 to our list of requested simulation support devices in WEBENCH® Power Designer. We are adding support for devices and features continually.

Hi Britt,
Ok, that explains things... I haven't looked at TINA yet. Is there a way of importing the schematic from WEBENCH straight into the TINA simulator, or do I need to enter it by hand ?
Many thanks for your help...
Ian,
Several parts in WEBENCH® Power Designer have the export to TINA simulation capability, however, this device does not have that capability. For this part, you will need to edit it by hand from the reference design. I would use the reference design as a starting point and the modify it to your needs. It should be fairly similar in topology.
If you need any assistance using TINA-TI, please let us know.
