I have downloaded a bidirectional TVS diode spice model on a supplier website. I want to create a macro model on TINA SW of this TVS diode by importing the code within TINA.2677.TVS schematics.TSC
In the netlist tool, I compile this model with no error. So I create a macro model on TINA and insert it on a schematics.
When I try to test if this TVS diode clamps voltage to its Vbr value (e.g. close to 9V for my model) by injecting a sinus wave of 50V amplitude, the diode is never in reverse mode. I have attached a shematics with the model.
Could you tell where is the issue ? Why my TVS diode never clamps to its Vbr value ? If I put an internal resistance to sinus wave, there is a clamp observed on TVS diode output but I don' t know if it is at Vbr value of the model.
Is there a problem at co2022.TVS schematics.TSCde level (syntaxe) or at schematics level (stimulus) ?
