Hello. I´m using your model UCC28063 and when I replace the switchers with a real MOSFET like SPD04N60C3_L1 (from Pspice library) the simulation only works for cca10 ms which is a half period input voltage and then crashes. My question is: am I using a bad type MOSFET or does the simulation only work with a switch.

    Roman,

    The reason switches are used in this application is that we did not have any HV FET models that we are allowed to use in this application. The device you have chosen should work well in the application, but I do not know if the model for the device works well when used for this application.

    When adding the new transistor model, you may need to adjust your simulation parameters since the device is not as "ideal" as the switches being used.
