Hi,

Could TI provide unencrypted SPICE model for LM3671 (especially ADJ version)? I would like to use the simulation data of my circuit in my thesis.

Hello Murat,

You can use this model in TINA-TI which is a free simulator provided by TI. The TINA-TI Reference Design should be available in the LM3671 product folder under the "Tools and Software" tab.

Thanks for your reply Nikhil! I used TINA-TI and some other tools at the same time, but the problem is that results for different voltage levels at the output does not seem stable with this reference design. (I think it is only for fixed output.) And in some part of my circuit, I am using FPGA and I need 3 different voltage levels - 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.2V.

Therefore, I wanted to be sure with the results with checking ADJ version and unencrypted version in different tools. It is probable that I am also making mistakes in simulation settings or circuit, but everything seems ok:/

Also, fyi; in this discussion (e2e.ti.com/.../332037), it is said to be uploaded, but I am not sure that it's done or not.

Hi Murat,

The ADJ version of the model is loaded in the post that you mentioned. I am re-attaching it here for your convenience.

Also, I would recommend that you use WEBENCH Tools like the WEBENCH Power Designer or WEBENCH FPGA Architect to design your power supply circuits. It has many advantages over designing them manually and you can even simulate them and export the schematics and layout to popular CAD tools.
