Can we check device supply current by simulation with your PSPICE and TINA-TI simulation model?

We would like to know operation supply current and shutdown supply current.

Hi Saskei-san,

Since this is a behavioral model and we are not modeling efficiency using the spice model, we do not usually model supply currents in the behavioral models. If you are concerned about efficiency and the device is supported by WEBENCH, you can get the efficiency information from there.
