By the way, if your question relates to UCC28600, then this is not supported by WEBENCH or spice models at this time. However there are Evaluation Modules and reference designs available with this device. You can use these as a starting point.

Hi Nikhil,

Actual I have two questions to ask. I am try to design a QR flyback converter but do not know which IC to choose between UCC28600 and LM5023. If I do not need PFC in the front, should I better use LM5023 instead of UCC28600? Which one will provide better protection function?

I downloaded the Tina reference design and spice model file from "www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware". But they both can not be opened. Could you provide me a good Tina file please?

Hi William,

I am able to run the LM5023 Reference Design (from the product folder link you mentioned) without any issues in TINA-TI. What version of TINA-TI are you using and what is the exact error that you get when you try to open the Reference Design?

Regarding the product specific questions and which one will provide better protection, it is best to ask that question in the following forum
