, I require afore mentioned files for my work, can anyone please suggest me from can I get that.

Please check the link below. Also, you can find model files in the respective product folders under "Tools and Software" tab. We have models for all these devices except LM3103. Consider using the LM3100 or LM3102 model instead if that will work for you.

Thanks for your suggestion.
But here I'm using a software other than TINA , so I need a model.txt file to add these ICs in that particular software. There is a simulation file for LM3100 only, I require a model.txt file for all three ICs .

You can use the .LIB file that can be found in the unencrypted model link and import it into TINA-TI. I will see if we can load it for LP38798. The other 2 should already be available on the web.
