I've contacted the packaging group regarding the creation of a STEP model for this package. They're usually pretty quick. Hopefully we'll have it for you early next week .

Yuri,

I believe you're using Altium Designer, so here is the footprint with the STEP model embedded. We usually use a rule with 0.05 mm solder mask expansion. I'd say the thermal pad is not perfect, but it should do for your purposes. The packaging guys have been exceptionally busy this week.
