I should need the PGA103 spice model for LTspice or TINA-TI evaluation, but it doesn't exists into TI main product page.

Do anybody can help me?

Unfortunately There is no PGA103 model.
Please contact your local TI representative or field support engineer to request a model.
They can then submit a model request in our internal system, give you an estimate of the model delivery date, and track the model's status while it is in development.
