Hi,

I am using TPS65266 buck converter in my design.

I want to do the TINA simulations. But i couldn't find the schematic symbol in the TINA SCH editor.

Please help me to get this asap,

We do not currently have a TINA-TI model for the TPS65266. We only have the Average model in PSpice for this device (used only for the Bode Plot). We could add the average model to the TINA-TI translation queue, but I want to make sure that it would help before I do that. You would not be able to run any transient simulations with the average model.

Hi Britt,

I am using PSPICE tool now . Can you please provide the pspice model for doing transient and load regulation analysis ?

As I stated previously, we do not have a transient model available for the TPS65266. We only have an average model.

Thanks for your response. I am rephrasing my query that "what would be the tentative schedule for the model availability ?"

Jones,

Please have a look at the TPS65251 Transient Model. It shows an example of how an average model can be use to perform transient simulations and estimate the Load transient behavior. You will not see the ripple on Vout but this gives a good estimate of overshoot, undershoot and settling.
