I have been informed that the model cannot be converted into TINA-TI.

Here is a quote from another posting:

The PSpice model on the web is encrypted and can not be imported into TINA-TI directly. For this you will need the unencrypted model.

Note that our models are usually fairly generic so the unencrypted version can be imported into other PSpice compatible simulators like TINA-TI. However in this case since the simulation had to run for a long time (> 1second), we had to use inbuilt blocks in PSpice which means that this model can only run in PSpice 15/7 and above.

Please consider using BQ25504 for your simulation evaluation. There is a TINA-TI model available for this device.

I apologize for misunderstanding. You should be able to use the BQ25504 for your design verification.
