I couldn't find the UCC27324 mosFET driver pSpice model anywhere on this site. The link you gave has a download for the UCC3895 pSpice model but that's it. I checked and the parts are totally different. Do you know where the UCC27324.olb pSpice model is? And if not, is there another model that would respond the same when simulated?

Brad,

The UCC2734 PSpice model is contained in the UCC3895 reference design and PSpice model. If you open the design, you will see the symbol for the device:

The .lib file for the UCC3895 contains the .SUBCKT file for the UCC27324. You can cut and paste the symbol from the schematic and include the .lib file in your project.
